ESSELTE NO.1 POWER PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1 OCTOBER 2017 – 31 JANUARY 2018.

By participating in this promotion, you accept these terms and conditions:

  1. Before participating, all employees should ensure that they have the permission of their employer or senior manager to do so.
  2. A Company/Person register purchase of minimum 10 pcs. A4 Esselte No.1 Power level arch file to participate in the campaign draw to win Tiffany diamond ring. Draw of the winner will be proceeded after campaign period ends. Every purchase of 10 pcs. A4 Esselte No.1 Power level arch file quantity, registered during campaign period, maximize chances to win in a draw.
  3. Any possible tax implications arising from the receipt of this bonus gift will be the responsibility of the participant.
  4. No cash or other alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control. Esselte reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value if the indicated prize is no longer avaliable.
  5. The campaign is open to residents of Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia aged 18 years or over. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request. The registered person has to be a citizen of Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and have a permanent address in the country.
  6. Employees and their immediate families of the Esselte Corporation, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate
  7. The determination and decision of Esselte on all matters of this promotion shall be final. Esselte reserves the right under reasonable discretion: To disqualify any participants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims based on such conduct. To declare as void any claims resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on the Esselte website or other online and printed material).
  8. Esselte reserves the right to withdraw the promotion (or parts of it) for any reason with 4 weeks notice given to everyone who has registered into the campaign or who may be involved in promoting the campaign on behalf of Esselte
